Where mayhem is the man-fish!

Riding in a Car with Nick and Hilda

I have time to do so, there’ll be posts on Christmas here and at the DCR where it’s become custom for me to lump all the holiday-related strips together in one post. Don’t miss it, I guess. On another note, PC/MS is now over. Its characters shall live on, for certain, but this comic itself is over. Hope everyone enjoyed it. I decided the last comic I posted was a better place to end it than the last two scripts I had. They were really lame and pretentious and I’d rather go out on a freeze-frame.  Coming some time next year, though: Time-Mind Sync-Warp!

I think Spider-Man knows how to play poker. At least, comic book Spider-Man does. I like the bits of characterizations where Sandman doesn’t want to kill people, however. It’s a nice reminder that just because someone is a villain doesn’t mean that they’ll be willing to murder people in cold blood. It’s a lesson comic book writers these days should remember.

Technically, one of those men just wears metal while the other one is a brain-creature in a big metal suit. Also, this is not what I was hoping for when they said we’d learn more about Dimension X. I was hoping for pictures and whatnot, too. This is just riding in a car with Nick and Hilda while listening to Mandrake talk. Can we just get to the climax where Klegg the Bounty Hunter fights Mandrake over Derek, please? Also, what the heck kind of comic strip has the climax involve a big fat bounty hunter when a fantastic robot-man was available? That’s crazy.

Not much to say about these recap strips. At least we’re not in a car with Nick and Hilda while they’re doing it, though.
