Poor Judgement

Well, here’s your commentary. And later: Choose Your Own Blogventure, anyone? No? Well, I’m writing it anyway. Deal with it.
Yeah, because it’s not like Spider-Man ever faked unconciousness to you before, Bigshot. Oh wait, he totally did. Bigshot is pretty much the lamest villain this strip has ever had, what with being fooled by the same ploy twice and threatening a little girl. I hope Foghorn steps up and Bighsot ends up having an ironic sort of punishment.
I feel kind of sorry for the Wheelman now. Trapped in a strange place, every day a constant search for the only thing that could allow him to live, yet living served only to extend his torment. Poor mechano-man. Mandrake is wrong in thinking that no one would believe their story, though. I mean, he’s this world’s most famous magician and there’s a College of Magic and time-travelers and chubby Asian guys throwing dynamite and volcanoes. If anything, the Wheelman is more mundane than any of that stuff.
Did Kit Walker know that this boat was a pleasure cruiser and that he’d be surrounded by happy couples the entire time? If he did, that seems like sort of a lapse of judgement on his part. If not, then this can’t be helping his delicate mental state.

Well, “Must exhaust myself today! Work harder than ten men!” is funnier if he is on a singles cruise.

maybe if we are lucky then Bigshot will get killed, leaving Foghorn half sad and half glad because he hated Bigshot….but he was his Uncle or something. if we are going to repeat things they might as well use a storyline that MOST people have either forgotten or didn’t read.

You mean as opposed to Spidey getting the upper hand on TWO STRAIGHT villains by teaming with another character with superpowers and feigning unconsciousness. He did it teamed with Wolverine to take out Doc Ock…..and now with Sandman to take out Bigshot and his band of idiots.
When you’re a superhero going against a guy like Bigshot….do you really need to lure him into a false sense of security?
